A white-label service for Amazon agencies

Turn unanswered product questions into a paid agency service.

For three related Amazon ASINs in an agreed marketplace, Optimus maps important purchase questions to verifiable product-page evidence, then turns unsupported gaps into prioritized actions your team can present under its own brand.

Review the report before you decide.

The watermarked sample uses a fictional ASIN to show exactly how a question, source, gap, listing field and human-reviewed action are delivered.

  • Source-linked evidence on the product page
  • An unsupported or conflicting answer
  • Priority, listing field and responsible team
  • A client-ready change set

Why this is not a normal listing audit

A repeatable evidence standard—not one-off opinion.

Your team can do this manually. Optimus is different because it applies the same question logic, source trail and decision format consistently across every ASIN.

01

Structured question coverage

Use, compatibility, constraint, care and claim questions are reviewed through one taxonomy.

02

Source provenance

Every finding points back to visible product-page evidence and its relevant context.

03

Field and owner mapping

Each recommendation connects to a listing field, implementation direction and approving team.

04

Consistent white-label delivery

All three reports use the same decision language in a format your agency can present.

01
Sell a one-off audit

Position it as a new-client diagnostic or listing-refresh project.

02
Extend existing client work

Add a concrete deliverable to a catalog refresh, strategy engagement or QBR.

03
Make it recurring if proven

Bundle monitoring and re-audits into a monthly service only after demand is validated.

Operating model

Who provides what—and what gets delivered?

Not an open-ended software trial: a validation engagement with defined inputs, deliverables and a decision point.

01

AGENCY PROVIDES

Short, controlled input

Three related ASINs, client context and brand assets. Marketplace and source language are confirmed before acceptance; the public sample is Amazon.com.

02

OPTIMUS DELIVERS

First delivery targeted in 10 business days

After complete intake: three source-linked reports and a priority summary, followed by one revision and presentation.

03

TOGETHER WE EVALUATE

Proof before subscription

Client usefulness, agency workload and resale fit are evaluated at the Day-30 review.

The exact delivery date, scope, confidentiality, permitted use and IP terms are confirmed in a written SOW before work begins.

Design-partner pilot

Three-ASIN agency pilot

Test real client usefulness and resale fit through a fixed scope—before considering a software subscription.

$1,500fixed pilot fee

The first cohort is capped at three agencies because every report and presentation receives direct operator review.

WHAT THE FIXED SCOPE BUYS

  • 3source-linked, agency-branded reports
  • 1revision and agency/client presentation
  • 0Seller Central accounts or passwords requested
  • $9,990optional Starter annual price; $8,490 net in year one after the $1,500 pilot credit when continued within 14 days

No subscription is required. The pilot begins only after a written SOW protects the scope and both parties.

Discuss pilot fit

Written partnership terms

Your client, brand and our method stay inside clear boundaries.

Before the pilot starts, the SOW records scope, delivery date, confidentiality, permitted use and intellectual property.

01You keep the client

Optimus does not directly solicit a participating pilot client for its own services.

02Inputs stay confidential

Agency and client inputs are not used in public examples without written permission.

03Resell the finished work

Your agency sells the report and consulting under its brand; software and method remain Optimus IP.

04Claims stay honest

No Amazon score, private-algorithm access, or ranking, traffic, conversion and revenue guarantee.

Frequently asked

Three clear answers before the first call.

Does this measure Alexa for Shopping performance?

No. Optimus reviews question-and-evidence coverage in visible product content. It does not offer an Amazon-owned score, private visibility measurement or performance guarantee.

Do you need Seller Central access?

No for the initial pilot. Authorized or public-sample ASINs and visible sources are used. If private data becomes necessary, scope and data terms are agreed separately in writing.

Is a subscription or exclusivity required after the pilot?

No. Continuation is considered only if client usefulness and resale fit are demonstrated. Starter annual pricing is $9,990 and the pilot-credit terms are disclosed above. Lifetime access and exclusivity are not offered.

Next step

Review the sample. Then discuss a real client use case.

The pilot only makes sense if it maps to a service your agency can genuinely deliver.
