Privacy and communication preferences

This notice explains how information is handled when you contact Optimus Commerce AI or receive a business message through a publicly available company channel.

Controller and contact

Yhıa ALTH operates Optimus Commerce AI as an independent consulting project and determines the purposes described in this notice. For access, source, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or communication-preference requests, email market@nexgenoptimusprime.com.

Categories and sources

  • Name, professional role, company, company email and other business contact details.
  • Emails, meeting notes, requests, proposals and pilot-discussion content you provide.
  • Relevant business information published on an agency website, company directory, public professional profile or general company contact channel.
  • Your communication preference and the minimum suppression record needed to prevent future contact.

When information is not obtained from you, its source is limited to the public business source recorded with the prospect-research entry. No sensitive or special-category data is intentionally collected for outreach.

Purposes and legal grounds

  • Responding to your request and taking requested pre-contract steps.
  • Delivering an agreed pilot or related contract.
  • Assessing a relevant agency partnership and, only where legally permitted, sending a proportionate business message based on a documented legitimate-interest assessment.
  • Keeping security, contractual and suppression records to meet legal obligations and protect legitimate operational interests.

The legitimate interest pursued is limited to identifying and discussing a relevant business-to-business agency partnership. Public availability does not itself create permission to market. Before outreach, the operator must check the applicable data-processing and electronic-communication rules; consent or another authorization is used where required. This notice is information, not consent. No solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made.

Recipients, providers and international transfers

Personal information is not sold. Access is limited to the operator and service providers needed for hosting, business email, security, outreach delivery or suppression—currently Google Cloud/Firebase, Google Workspace and, when an outreach campaign is authorized, Instantly. Each receives only the data needed for its task.

Some providers may process data outside your country. A transfer is made only after an applicable transfer mechanism and provider terms are confirmed, such as an adequacy decision, approved contractual clauses or another legally permitted safeguard. You may request available safeguard information by email.

Retention

  • Unengaged prospect-research records: deleted within 90 days after the relevant campaign closes.
  • Active business discussions and proposals: up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction, unless a longer period is required for a dispute or legal duty.
  • Contract, invoice and payment records: for the applicable statutory period.
  • Suppression records: the minimum contact identifier and opt-out status for as long as needed to honor the objection.

Cookies and analytics

This launch version does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or optional cookies. The site serves static content, and its contact link opens the visitor's own email application.

Your choices and rights

To stop future business communication, reply “no” to any email or contact market@nexgenoptimusprime.com. Where applicable, you may also request access and source information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. If consent is used, it can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.

You may complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred. People in Türkiye may contact the Personal Data Protection Authority; people in the EEA may locate their authority through the European Data Protection Board's member list.
